Shipping Policy

Aussie Peptides ships exclusively within Australia. All orders are dispatched from our facility in Melbourne, VIC. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST on a business day (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays. Remote and regional areas may require additional transit time.

3. Packaging

All orders are shipped in secure, discreet packaging labelled for research use. Lyophilized peptides are packaged to protect against physical damage during transit.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery through the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking number within one business day of placing your order, please contact us at support@aussiepeptides.au.

5. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Aussie Peptides ships exclusively within Australia. We do not offer international shipping. All orders must be delivered to a valid Australian address.

6. Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Aussie Peptides is not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@aussiepeptides.au and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@aussiepeptides.au with your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the damaged packaging. We will investigate and work with you to arrange a resolution.
